The Admission Process
Admission for Classes Nursery to IX has already started from for the session 2019-20. The School Prospectus and Admission Form Booklet can be collected from the school’s City Office situated near ASTC Bus Terminal, Central Chowkidingee, Dibrugarh, and  from School Campus at Khanikar, P.O. Sessa, Dibrugarh on payment of Rs 1000/-.The classes for the Academic Session 2019-20 will start from April 2019.
In addition to the main Admission Form Booklet, an Admission Counseling/Test Form will also be issued which is required to fill in by the parents and submit the same to the City Office for prior Admission Procedure.


Selection Process:
The selection process for Classes Nursery to I shall take place through an Admission Counseling followed by an interaction between the Principal and the child along with the parents. There will be an Admission test on a pre-informed date for Admission to Classes II to IX.

Declaration of Result:
The result of Admission Counseling/Test shall be communicated through the school website, by SMS and from the School Campus. Students selected in the Admission Counseling/Test will have to submit the main Admission Form Booklet duly filled in along with the prescribed documents in the Admission Form Booklet.

Registration:
The students who have qualified Admission Counseling/Test will be assigned a Parent/Student portal accessible by a unique ID & Password which shall be used for all further communication.

Fee Payment:
Parents may log on to the school website www.shikshavalleyschool.org and click on "Online Fee Payment" .


Admission completion: 
The successful completion of admission is subject to the submission of duly filled in Admission Form Booklet along with the prescribed documents and the evidence of deposit of school fees. If the parent wish to avail school transport facility, the Transportation Form contained the Admission Form Booklet must be duly filled in.
