One Time Fee:

• Registration Fee is payable at the time of collecting prospectus and admission form.
• One Time Admission Fee is payable as per the schedule of fee payment which will be valid upto Class X and thereafter the same is payable at the time of admission in Senior Secondary Level.
• Caution Money/Security Deposit  be is  payable as per the schedule of the fee payment which is for meeting the cost of damage to any school property/asset/equipment etc. by the student. This money/deposit is refundable to the student at the time of his/her leaving of the school after meeting the cost of damage, if any

Annual Fee:

Annual Fee is payable in four installments as per the schedule of fee payment.
For Sibling Fee (blood brother or sister) a discount of 20% on Annual Fes will be granted, provided his/her brother/sister is studying in our school as a full paying student.
Imprest Money is payable as per the schedule of payment which is used for meeting various expenditure of the studnets at the consent of the parents.

MONTHLY FEE

Tution Fee is payable quarterly as per the schedule of fee payment.

• Failure to pay the fees on time will invite penalty @ Rs 50/- per day. A delay of more than 1 month (without information) from the last date will invite striking off the name of the student from the School Roll. In such a case the student will have to take re-admission (paying fresh Admission Fee) if he/she wants to continue in SVS.
• To encourage Government of India’s digital payment initiative, we discourage payment by cash.

4.TRANSPORTATION FEE:
 

Transportation Fee to be deposited quarterly. Last dates for the same are:
 

• Failure to pay the fees on time will invite penalty @ Rs 50 per day. A delay of more than 1 month (without information) from the last date will invite striking off the name of the student from the Bus Roll.
• To encourage Government of India’s digital payment initiative, we discourage payment by cash.

5.DETAILS OF HOSTEL FEE:
Air-condition hostel facility for boys and girls is available.
Hostel (Accommodation & All Meals) Fee:

• Failure to pay the fees on time will invite penalty @ 50 per day. A delay of more than 1 month (without information) from the last date will invite striking off the name of the student from the Hostel Roll.

Withdrawal Policy:

 Parents desiring of withdrawing their children from the school / hostel should follow the below mentioned guidelines:-

• Three months' prior notice needs to be given at any time during the session. In lieu of three months notice, parents may pay three months fees (School / Hostel etc.)
• Withdrawal seeking from new session has to be applied latest by January of the current session.

Refund Policy:

• Admission fee for School and Hostel are not refundable in any circumstances.
• Annual fee  is not refundable if the child attends the school even for a day.
• Tuition/Transportation fees  is/are refundable after deducting the fees for the whole month(s) in which classes are attended by the child either for whole of the month(s) or part of the month.
• Hostel fee  is refundable after deducting the fees for the whole of the month(s) in which the child stays in the hostel  either  for whole of the month(s) or part of the month.
