- Registration Fee will be collected at the time of purchasing the School's Prospectus and Admission Form.
- Admission Fee (One-Time for the entire School Life of the child in SVS) will be deposited either through cheque or On-Line Mode (NEFT) or through Debit/Credit Card Swipe (Bank & Fund Transfer Slip is to be submitted to the School in case of NEFT).
- Registration Card will be issued only when the payment of Admission Fee is confirmed.

Imprest Money is for all those expenditures of the individual students who will participate in various activities/events (few of these are optional where parents need to give their consent). Any damage to the School property (by the student) shall be deducted from the imprest Money.

- For siblings (blood brother or sister) a discount of 20% on Annual Fees will be granted, provided his / her brother/sister is studying in our school as a full fee-paying student.
- The fee structure stated here-in-above will remain same for the founder batch student of the school (session 2018 - 19) on their promotion to next higher classes.

A delay of more than 1 month (without information) from the last date will invite striking off the name of the student from the School Roll. In such a case the student will have to take re-admission (paying fresh Admission Fee) if he/she wants to continue in SVS.

- Failure to pay the fees on time will invite penalty @ Rs 50 per day. A delay of more than 1 month (without information) from the last date will invite striking off the name of the student from the Bus Roll.

Withdrawal Policy:
Parents desiring of withdrawing their children from the school / hostel should follow the below mentioned guidelines:-
- Three months' prior notice needs to be given at any time during the session. In lieu of three months notice, parents may pay three months fees (School / Hostel etc.)
- Withdrawal seeking from new session has to be applied latest by January of the current session.
Refund Policy:
- Admission fee for School and Hostel are not refundable in any circumstances.
- Annual fee is not refundable if the child attends the school even for a day.
- Tuition/Transportation fees is/are refundable after deducting the fees for the whole month(s) in which classes are attended by the child either for whole of the month(s) or part of the month.
- Hostel fee is refundable after deducting the fees for the whole of the month(s) in which the child stays in the hostel either for whole of the month(s) or part of the month.
